Discovery
Users, workflows, data, exceptions, integrations, risks and commercial priorities.
Our process moves from operational understanding to product design, engineering and controlled release. Each phase has a clear purpose and a reviewable output.
Users, workflows, data, exceptions, integrations, risks and commercial priorities.
Information structure, user journeys, prototypes, interface system and technical direction.
Reviewable increments, code review, integration work, automated testing and weekly demos.
Deployment, monitoring, documentation, user adoption and an improvement backlog.
We speak with the people doing the work, review current tools and documents, identify exceptions and define what a useful first release must change. The outcome is a shared problem definition, prioritized scope and delivery recommendation.
We map the information, journeys and permissions, then create interface designs or prototypes. This gives operational and technical stakeholders something concrete to challenge before development.
Engineering is organized around useful product increments. The client sees progress through demonstrations, decisions are documented and risks are raised when they can still be managed.
Deployment, access, documentation, monitoring and handover are part of the build—not tasks left for the final week. After launch, support can continue through a clear maintenance or product-development model.
